Garage Door Track Repair
Track realignment and replacement for doors that bind, jump the rails, or scrape a heaved slab.
Track problems in Northeast Ohio are often ground problems: a slab that lifts in a hard freeze in Elyria or Cleveland throws the vertical track out of plumb, and the door starts binding or jumping the rollers. We measure the track against the opening, re-plumb or replace bent sections, and re-anchor brackets into sound material rather than the original holes. Rollers are inspected and replaced while the door is down, and the finished alignment is confirmed with a full cycle under power.
What's included
- Vertical and horizontal track re-plumbed against the actual opening
- Bent sections replaced rather than hammered back
- Brackets re-anchored after slab heave or frost movement
- Roller condition checked and worn units replaced during the visit
