Springs break on the coldest morning of the year, because that is when steel is least forgiving. If your door has dropped, snapped, or come off its track, keep clear of it and call your nearest location during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Urgent repairs go to the front of that location's schedule, and the door is balanced and tested before the technician leaves.
